Wexdek Aluminium Panel Formwork System

BKH has developed its own system - Wexdek - to make formwork faster, safer and more cost-effective.
Wexdek is an innovative, modular solution that includes a lightweight panel system that easily integrates with most conventional shoring systems.

 Wexdek:

Is a Proprietary aluminium plank system for safe installation of decking panels from secondary working deck

Is a System able to utilise standard formwork frame system allowing works above standard table systems limited to 3.5 m in height

Allows decks to be constructed from below with no leading edge risks

Tables are light weight reducing manual handling risks and abrasion risk from nails and split timbers (max 20kg per panel)

Is a Lightweight table system / per-sqm reducing crane requirement. Can be handled easily in formwork hoist

Allows for Easy stripping system with no risk of collapse

Reduces materials handling throughout framework with a modular panel system that fits between frame spacing

Panels are able to be used for up to 8 applications reducing formwork timber waste
